Thank you for your question about the refresh button. Please describe in more detail what you mean by "does not work." I can't reproduce the problem as I understand it.
I logged in as you and from your Current tab, clicked "Refresh Bids/Prices" and the refresh icon spins while the items are updated.
Please let me know how to reproduce the problem you are describing. Thank you in advance.

I was able reproduce this problem for your item 384752933139. I cleared out our cache. Hopefully this fixes it. Please tell me if you see this again and I can look further into it.
