I have been charged for my last 2 snipes, but neither one went through (the item shows 0 bids on Ebay). Can you see any reason they didn't work? Can you reimburse me for those snipes? Thanks!

You weren't charged, but we couldn't win the items for you because we don't have the correct eBay password. You just need to update your credentials in Preferences.
