Unknown error

Hi,
Since yesterday, with my last 10 snipes, almost all of them had an "unknown error"!!!
I've lost an important sale because your service is not working properly.
Please do something!
Thanks

Hello Anthony,
Thank you for your question about this snipe. This means that you need to update your authorization. To renew your authorization, just visit the BidSlammer Preferences page and follow the prompt to "Refresh Your Authorization."
If this did not resolve the issue, please let us know so that we can take the next step.

My authorization was still valid for 4 months.
I follow your advice, I've updated it successfully.
Now I just lost one more bid with the reason : eBay returned "unknown error"

It is helpful to rule out any auth issues, since we aren't notified if something invalidates it, such as changing the eBay password.
I do see the 'unknown'. Most likely eBay introduced a new error that has to be programmed into our software. I put a trace on your account so we can catch the error number. If it happens again we will have low-level details.

This is all the more useful as the service is no longer of any use to me. None of the bids below the maximum price are won...
I hope I can get a commercial gesture for the inconvenience.
I just lost one more :

Hello,
How to transfer buys and items listing to another bidslammer account??

Hi, I would like to ask, are you relying on the information presented in BidSlammer, or the true eBay status of the item?
The reason I ask is because, about one in 10,000 snipes, eBay returns the wrong status.
This would be helpful information to move forward. Thanks in advance. I have alerts set for your reply this time.

Also, to answer your most recent question:
The best way is to put the items (from eBay) on your Watch List. Then if you make a new account, they will import, _and_ you can always be in sync.
I can assure you we are performing reliably. With this kind of service, we either receive no complaints, or a gazillion all at one time (if eBay is down or something). So this means that it is a local issue. Part of our service is to work through it with you.
