When I am at the maximum number of allow bids and attempt to change a bid price I received an error message that I am above the number of free bids even through I am not adding a bid but merely adjusting the bid price.

Thank you for your question about changing the bid price. You found a bug with our latest release. As a thank-you we added 5 premium snipes. This should allow you to use the service unimpeded. If you don't want to use one of your premium snipes, just set the lead time accordingly.
