I "click to sign up" and it takes me to ebay login. I log in successfully, and I click to agree to link bidslammer to my ebay account. when i go back to bidslammer it tells me to log in with my ebay user id and "bidslammer password." I was never asked to create a bidslammer password, so I enter my ebay password, which doesn't work. Then I click on "forgot password" and when I enter my email address linked to my ebay account, it says the email is invalid. I've tried many times to no avail. Very frustrating. Help!

Additional note - the email address and phone number for my ebay account are correct and verified, and I have also enable two-factor authentication for my ebay account.

Thank you for your note. I think the solution is to use the mail-password link, below. I think in our last release a few weeks ago, the step where we ask you to make a password isn't showing, hence the confusion. We've had several emails.
1. Use this link to reset your password with us:
https://bidslammer.com/user/mailpass
2 Try the Sign Up link on our home page. It should walk you through authorization and take you to your dashboard.
If neither step solves the issue, please reply and we can take the next step.
