I changed my user ID on Ebay from stuff-inc to wmgordon3 and now am unable to log in to Bidslammer. I requested an email to reset my password but the area on the email that says "Click here to reset your password." is not a clickable link. There is no link in order to reset, Help!

Thank you for your question about the authorization error. Please try it again. You joined prior to the point in time where we made a certain software change, so we just needed to update your account manually.
We merged the new id into the old one. So if you recover the password using the same email, it will work now:
