I replicated the error, but I really, really hate that you're forcing me to give you some kind of elevated access to track my browser behavior in order to give support. I told you exactly the steps I took and gave you a screenshot of the result- that should have been enough.

Three questions:

1. Does clearing cookies (at least for our site) help?
2. Does it work in another browser?
3. What is the URL at the top of the page when this error occurs?

I turned off video for your site. Please note: Virtually all websites record video so they can help customers better. I was just asking as a professional courtesy. You can verify what I'm saying by looking at services like Smartlook.com, LogRocket.com, and many others. It is the norm.
