Hi, I had two bids missed yesterday, the items for which both ended lower than my bids. Was this a result of the problems you've had recently, or is it an ongoing problem? My renewal comes up in April. Two items were affected so I've just entered a dummy code to save myself having to start this query all over again. Thanks, Mark

Thank you for your question about your snipes. What are the two item numbers? We can investigate what we encountered when we placed the snipes, as full logs are kept for premium users. Systems are stable.
Also, please clarify what do you mean by "I've just entered a dummy code?"
