Hi!------------I have tried about a half dozen time to update my ebay password on my bidslammer account, but your website will not accept my ebay password. Every time I enter it, it reverts back to my old ebay password. My ebay password is in all caps, but your website says I should turn off my caps and enter my password. Hello Craig,

Here are the simple steps to resolve that particular issue.

1. Log into eBay directly to see if eBay is throwing up an alert dialog when you log in to eBay.com. If you can log in without any warnings, you are ok here.

However I think you are seeing problem 2.

2. The other solution is to simply wait 12 hours to see if the problem goes away. Also make sure you have deleted all snipes for the next 18-24 hours.

In the second scenario, the problem is most likely the fact that eBay is temporarily giving us a captcha (security) dialog, which goes away after 12 hours, because they experienced three (3) login failures from the BidSlammer's IP address. It's just a temporary security precaution they put in place that goes away after 12 hours.

So if you still have a problem tomorrow, please let us know and we can take the next step.

I don't have any snipes set for the next few days, so things should probably work themselves out.
I wanted to get it resolved because I wanted to set a few snipes in about 5-6 days.
