Thank you for your question about resetting your password. Sometimes these show up in spam. Could you check?
You can also use the "Sign Up" link on the home page, and after you authorize, it will take you to your Dashboard.
If either one of those solutions doesn't solve the problem, I'll watch for your reply and we can take the next step.
