Can you explain why my time frame will not allow anything less than 10 seconds.

This is fixed. For some reason your delay preference (in Preferences tab) was set to zero and so I just re-submitted it as 3.
I don't know how it got set to zero... but please let us know if you see that happen again. Thanks for taking the time to write in.
