Thank you for your question about the countdown timer on your snipe page. You can ignore that timer, as it is controlled by the javascript on your browser, and it drifts. You can "reset" that timer by refreshing the page.
In any case, rest assured that it is not connected to the clock we use for sniping, which is sync'ed exactly with eBay's down to a small fraction of a second.
