I am just starting with you when it wants me to set how many seconds it says 10 seconds is always free???
Times below that don’t say that???

Thank you for your question about the pull-down. Some of our users are Pay-Per-Use, and sometimes they want to bid on an item, but not count against their snipes. So ten (10) seconds is always free.
You are a subscriber, so you can ignore that note. It doesn't apply to you. In fact, we're going to remove it to avoid confusion. All your snipes are included and there are no extra hidden charges.
