I used to have about $100? on my account, but due to family issues have not visited bidslammer for several years.
I cannot log in although it verified that I had an active ebay account. Cannot change info based on bidslammer not find my info.

Hello,
Thanks for your question about recovering your password. Your best bet is to just click "Sign Up" on our home page, and go through the authorization process.
This will take you back to your old account; it will not create a duplicate account. It will, however, update your email address.
Any credits you had will still be there, since we don't "expire" purchases.
Also, make sure to reset your passwd after you have completed this process.

We're glad to help. Can you tell us where in the following steps you receive an error?
1. Click "Sign Up" on our home page.
2. You are redirected to eBay.
3. eBay asks you to log in.
4. eBay log in is successful.
5. eBay shows you a page that asks to authorize us.
6. You click "Accept".
7. You are taken back to BidSlammer.
Let us know what step you are stuck on, and what exact error message that you see. Then we can probably figure out where the problem is.

If you cannot connect your eBay account to BidSlammer, that would be a problem on the eBay side.
In our previous ticket, we requested for you to let us know what step you are stuck on, and what exact error message that you see. The only information we have from you so far is, "Still unable to get in." Please provide that information and we can try to determine the issue.

This is unacceptable. I have spoken to someone in the past to fix an error on bidslammer's part years ago.
I cannot get in and need help. I have changed my password to get in numerous times. I NEED HELP WITH THIS!!!
I paid for double points the last time I logged years ago.
