Hello Patty,

You are entering the wrong eBay password. We went through this last time, remember - you cannot use our site to guess your eBay password. You must enter it correctly, you only get a few tries before it locks you out.

I know that your tickets always express frustration with this process, but I must be honest, the investigation always shows that eBay put a temporary ban on your account for 12 hours (through our service ONLY) because the wrong password for eBay was entered through our site too many times.

I went to ebay and signed on with the same password I used on your site. The first time I used my old password because I had changed it since I used bidslammer. I will try again now, and I will first sign on to ebay, then I will sign on to bidslammer.

Hello Patty,

Make sure that you are not using the auto-complete for your password field at eBay.

I think I know what happened. When I went into Bidslammer.com, expected to get a login page. Instead I got the page that says I haven't used the site, or changed my ebay ID, or something like that. I thought I had to do that, and went I hit "enter" at the bottom, I expected it to come back to the page I wanted...the one I need to a snipe bid. But the page just came coming back, warning me I only had three tries with the ebay password. I actually entered it correctly in one of my tries, but when the same page kept coming back, I started to doubt my ebay password. I didn't realize there was another button on top to go to that page. I was just going around in circles. I think that when all the information on that page should lead you to the page for bidding, but it didn't. Sorry to trouble you, and I will try to remember to click that top button, but if you just let someone into their login page, then have the page go to the sniping page, it would be less confusing.
