There is the check box saying I am not a robot, but no image to select boxes on my laptop. My phone works fine.

Thank you for your question about getting past the Captcha. In general, the images don't show. In our experience, the request to select images, e.g. "select all image with automobiles," only show if we log into the website several times in a given time frame. You should be able to get past it by just checking the box. If your experience is different, please let us know and we can take the next step with you.
