I am trying to set up snipes and they all show free shipping when there is shipping listed.

I am also being told that adding item 254746593716 is too close to another snipe in the group I set up, the instructions said "Group snipes must end at least five (5) seconds apart in order to give us enough time to ensure whether you won or lost." This is over 2 minutes from the closest snipe set up. This is very disappointing because if I cant put this in the group then this whole thing is basically a waste of money and time for me.

Thank you for your question about the shipping costs. It looks like the shipping calculator got a bid behind with the high volume over the previous holiday. It should be corrected now for the past and future snipes.
Regarding your question about the bid groups, our intention was to correct the help page on that topic, but apparently we missed one. Unfortunately, it is impossible to have items in groups that close less than 15-20 seconds, because that is the amount of lead time we offer on the snipes. We did try to change it to mere seconds, but it caused too much confusion.
Based on your email, we set it to 30 seconds instead of two minutes. This will show up in the next release.
