We responded to your previous post, but will also reply here. As I explained earlier, there was an issue on your account preventing free snipes from loading correctly, but it has been corrected. It was a manual error I introduced when handling the last request.
Please remember that you are on the free plan - these snipes are not guaranteed, even though the track record on them has been excellent, as you know from using it for nearly a year.
