Thank you for your question about the Completed counts. Yes, you are right---the "completed" count reflects the completed items in the last 30 days, not the count seen in the folder.

As a result of your post, we're going to modify the software to reflect it the way you suggested. There's a test and release process we have to follow, so it won't be right away, but rest assured we will make the change for you.
