I placed a snipe for this item, but the system didn't execute it. It showed it as a lost bid, even though my snipe turned out to be $7 higher than the winning bid. This is the second time my bid has not been executed.

Thank you for your question about this snipe. A software update changed the time zone on the system your bids were placed from PST to GMT. We quickly addressed it, but a few bids were placed before we could refresh the times.
