System Problems

Hello-
I have been a member of your service for a little over a month and have been extremely happy with the service. I was wondering if you were having system problems this evening? I had 4 different auctions where no bid was placed for items that I set snipes for. I had 14 snipes set for today, 10 of them went as planned, but for some reason 4 of them had no bid placed and the auctions either didn't sell or sold for significantly less than my snipe bids. On the "Completed Snipes" page, instead of being shaded in red or green, they are just white.

Thank you for your question about your snipe executions. We are fully transparent here, and yes, there was a brief hiccup. The system was operating properly, except for the fact that we'd set the limits too tightly for the number of snipes being added this season. We recently picked up a lot of new users.
As a result of your post, we just upped our limits again. As a thank-you, your subscription has been extended by a month.

Thank you for the quick reply. I figured there must have been something wrong since I haven't had a single issue like this out of hundreds of snipes and then all of a sudden four in the same evening. I could understand how you are getting a lot of new users...the service is awesome. I missed out on four items last night, but I have certainly won many more auctions that I wouldn't have been available to snipe without bidslammer.
