Thank you for your question about changing accounts.
I assume the new account is to get around the buyer strike errors. Technically, eBay doesn't really allow this, and we can only honor the switch if the original account is closed.
This is because the customer inevitably asks to switch back to the previous account once they realize the buyer strikes are temporary and wear off after 2 months. In other words, sellers can only block you for buyer strikes that occur in the last two months.
Is the old account closed? You can use paste.pics to give a snapshot if needed.
