Hi, I was wondering if you guys would be so kind as to switch my package from 5 snipes to 1 month unlimited snipes? If you are able to, you can refund the 4 dollar price difference but if not I understand. I realized I will be better off going with that option after I won my first auction.

Thank you for your question about switching to the unlimited plan. Would you like for that to be a recurring payment each month, or just one month?
For similar requests in the past, we just extended the plan an extra month or two for no extra charge. Please let us know and we can make the adjustment.

extending an extra month or so is fine if it comes with recurring. So recurring is good.
