I paid for a subscription upgrade last year, think I won 2 bids but as I had a third bid lined up for an item I was wanting desperately, due to a maintenance or glitch on your service I lost the bid. In return you refunded my subscription fee but assured me my current subscription service would still remain in place, even though you made the refund, which was gifted by you as compensation and with the guarantee I would still have use of the upgraded subscription.
