When I opted to continue my subscription back in March, I believe, I never had the opportunity to specify how long I wanted to renew my subscription. It automatically renewed it for a year and I only wanted to renew it for 3 months. I was not given any options. Meanwhile, I think it’s just been paid for a year. I don’t want to cancel it but I do not want it for a year. How do I change the term of my subscription? I went to paypal as your help page said but there was nowhere where it said my renewal date, length of subscription or that I even had one. I went to the payment screen as directed but there was nothing on that page. I need directions on how to change my subscription term. Thanks, Chris

Thank you for your question about your subscription. You were paying monthly and you canceled it in December, and weren't charged after that. To upgrade again, click Upgrade in the top menu bar while you are logged in, and there is a 3-month option.

I couldn't find any other charges under your last name.

You are not currently subscribing. You canceled last year.

To upgrade again, click Upgrade in the top menu bar while you are logged in, and choose the term you want. There is a 3-month option. The term is locked in until you cancel.

Thanks for your timely reply. I thought I was still subscribed, but thank you for clarifying. No wonder I couldn’t find a charge on my PayPal account.
