Subscription payment

Hello,

I have had two payments come out for reoccurring subscriptions. 24.99 on November 25th and then another for $36 for December 3rd. Please let me know why I have two payments coming out. I only have one account to my knowledge.

Thank you for your question about having to subscriptions. Sounds like somehow a duplicate subscription was created by accident.

We will be sure to refund one. Please give us a few days to research this. We want to make sure that canceling one doesn’t cut off the service.

Ok, we sorted it out and you should see a refund email from PayPal. Thanks again for brining this to our attention.

Thank you. Are we able to cancel that $24.99 subscription? I just don’t want it to reoccur next year.

Yep - I did that also. You should see an email from PayPal for that as well entitled "Profile Canceled."

Your service should remain unaffected, but let us know if you see any issues.

As a side note --- PayPal shouldn't allow multiple subscriptions, but they do. That's why the Payment page doesn't show any options. Somehow the page re-appeared for you, leading to a double sub.
