Subscription Not Active

I just wrote to you regarding a 12-month unlimited sniping subscription. I am now trying to add a snipe but it appears that my subscription is NOT active as I am unable to change my snipe time from the default 10 seconds. Additionally, in the upper right had corner of the webpage (when I’m logged-in) states “Start a subscription.” I just did!
From the subscription conformation e-mail:

Can you fix this problem? In the mean time, apparently I can’t snipe as a subscriber and that’s very disappointing as I wanted to set up several snipes before leaving for the coming days.

If you refresh the home page you are using to add snipes this should fix that problem. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Good luck sniping!
