subscription issue / preference issue

1. subscription: my account has in the last day or so changed to a free trial (I think it was due to lapse in about 10 days from now.) This limits me to a 20 second lead time which is not satisfactory. I try to upgrade my subscription but i am not able to do so and get a message that says my subscription is already current. Can you lapse my subscription so that i can then renew it please.
2. preferences: the postcode field does not allow a null entry and also does not recognize a 4 digit (Australian) post code. At present I just added a random digit to get past the screen but you might like to fix this issue.

I set the subscription ahead a month - I'm not sure why that did not update as usual, but if it happens again please let us know asap since it means something didn't register correctly with the subscription. Thank you for that report.

Regarding the zip code - we removed the verification for this field. Thank you! I'm not sure why anyone hasn't reported that until now.
