Hi. I very recently had my recurring monthly subscription taken out of my paypal account. Yet now it appears that I have 1 premium bid remaining even though my reccuring monthly payment was for unlimited snipes. If you can't fix this instantly then please refund my payment or I will put in a PayPal claim. Very disappointing.

My monthly payment was made on 9th Feb (5 days ago). I've just started (or rather, tried to start) using Bidslammer today.

When (or if) you sort this out please change my subscription end date to one month from the date you sort it out. I shouldn't be having to pay for a non-service.
