Subscription glitch

First, congratulations on making 15 years. You provide a great and reliable service and I for one am grateful that you've beaten the odds and lasted this long!

I just received your new Subscription Plan notice by email, but I am unable to sign up for a package. I want your 12-month/$24 plan but sign up assumes I am a new user! I can't find any place to get around this, which likely means others are having the same issue.

Just let me know how to upgrade and you'll have me for life, with thanks.
