Subscription expired and I’ve paid for 1 year

This issue keeps happening? I thought we had this fixed.

Hello Kevin,
We forgot about the payment on the other account. This should be resolved permanently now. So we cancelled the prior subscription, and then extended your current one by two (2) extra months.
We had to wait > 30 days to cancel the other subscription, otherwise PayPal would have sent a cancellation today, i.e., 30 days later. Now, it won't do that.
