When you took my auto renewal (of $45) in Feb. for a year, I received nothing in return but a bill saying I owed you for the year. Where is my money??? What did you do with it?
It's been 4+ months ago and I am still waiting. I have given you plenty of time to sort this out. Do I need to go to our state's AG to get this resolved??? BBB ?
