I have your service paid directly from my Paypal acct, and emailed you last month that when I logged on it showed me as having only a "trial" membership, and not letting me select my "lead" time. The ticket number for that complaint was EF-C02E, and you did answer and said it was okay, but I did not use ebay during that time, and did not see your response. I sometimes go for months without buying anything on ebay, or using "buy it now". Anyway, I'm having the same problem tonight....shows I have a "trial" membership. I want to place a snipe bid, but I'm stuck at a 20 second "lead" time. Is my account not in good standing?

Your standing is excellent and always will be as you are one of the founding members ;-). We apologize for the confusion here. The issue was that for some reason, the old subscription that you started back in 2013 wasn't being recognized. Also, we found a duplicate subscription.

So we are going to cancel the duplicate subscription, then refund the two extra payments you made.

First, I just set your subscription for one year. That should fix it, but if you see the issue again please be sure to let us know.
