Still not working - I would like to send you pictures of the problems

Nothing has been fixed yet on my end. I'm still getting Invalid API key. I'm still limited to 10 seconds for my snipe time. In fact I can't even set up a snipe. It fails and does not stick. I also have these left over old empty snipes that I can't delete. I hope this problem can be fixed soon. I paid for a unlimited service and it's been down almost a week now. You all promised you would reply to my emails and all my messages have been ignored. No response from your support people. So I hope that things will get back to normal.

Hi Paul,
We did reply to all of your tickets - all the responses are shown as unread. There should be a "You've got Mail" icon in the upper left showing our response.
The responses asked if you had cleared your cookies, this will get rid of the "API key" error as you are probably using an old login cookie from before.
Let us know if that fixes it.
