still cannot update to another plan

is there a reason this cannot be resolved? I need to upgrade to a "bigger plan-now- before auction ends.

You saw that message because I added 5 free snipes for you until we could resolve the pay-with-credit-card issue. It is working now.

I have no snipes now. No free snipes .nothing. what is going on? Where did my snipes (that were not used by me ) go? This must be fixed. The auction is over. I missed the auction altogether. I want to escalate this issue- things have gotten WORSE not better.

I'm confused. You purchased 5 snipes in October and have had 5 wins since that time, so the zero balance should be correct. Is that not true?
I had temporarily added 5 so you could get going until the payment service was functional again, which it is now.
