I am actually showing 6 used. I credited the last one for you. Your Completed Snipes tab shows which ones were credited. If you believe any of it is not correct please let us know.

I purchased on 8/12/15, and have only used 2 wins since that time. You have charged me for bids I won prior to purchase. I should have 3 remaining.

I agree that should not have happened. I credited all the snipes where you used a lead time of 20 seconds.
We updated the software so it wouldn't gross-up like that on the snipes with high lead time.
