Hello,
I just paid for the special "unlimited" at $24.99. What did I get and when will I get it? My home page still appears to be the "free" version and now when I select "upgrade" I get a completely different page with lots of options I've never seen before.
What is going on?

Can we expedite this? I need to get this resolved asap. There is an item I may bid on ending in just over 4 hours which is >$1000.

So it appears this is fixed now and I have full access.
One question, how do it tell what lead time is set for a submitted snipe showing in the "current" tab?
I set the default to 5 above in the manual entry but would like to verify that's what it did when I did it in my watchlist.

Hello David,
Thank you for your question about the upgrade. Oops, I forgot to click "Submit" in my first response. There were some problems with that new offer activating properly.
Most people just set the lead time to auto-flil in our Preferences. But seeing it listed on the dashboard is a frequent request, so we can at least put it in the List View. Grid View is harder since there isn't a lot of room in each card.
