hello. just signed up and paid for some snipes. liking the service so far. however, several of my free snipes show i won the snipe, but i did not in reality win the auction. im not mad, i didn't bid high enough. but why do the snipes have smiley faces when i was not the winner. seems like a bug.

Thank you for your question about the snipe status. Can you provide the item numbers with the incorrect status? We plan to address this issue and would like some test cases we can investigate. It has to do with having one existing bid right at the start price.
If any premium snipes were affected we will replace those.
Please let us know on the item numbers.
