My last message was about a snipe that bidslammer said was made but eBay didn't receive . Now it has happened the next two snipes again. Please advise me as to what is wrong. I've missed 3 items now where I would have been high bidder. I need to know if I should use another service

I can see snipe times listed by the snipe on your Completed Snipes tab, so I reviewed your snipe to see what we encountered. We still don't have the correct info, eBay is not accepting it. The eBay credentials we have for you are not correct. You just need to update them in BidSlammer Preferences at https://bidslammer.com/user/prefs/ .

When you submit, it should give you a green or red dialog depending on whether it was accepted. Please let me know if this works.
