Can not get the sniper to accept any bid for any item. Have cleared cookies. Signed out and in and still no success

Are you receiving an error message? Something like "Invalid API key?" Please describe the steps to reproduce the problem and we'll check it out right away. So far I can't see anything wrong, perhaps you could try another browser? This would tell us if the problem is cookies.

I am not receiving the API message. I received that message several days ago do I erased all my cookies, logged out, logged in, Turgenev my device off and on, etc. Today when I turned on my device, logged in, put in and item and placed a bid with a 10 second time I thought it would work but it did not. Went through the motions very quickly, blue line of processing ran across the screen super fast and it went back to a screen with no entry and my dud was not registered. Repeated several times and on another device, same results

Thanks for the great info. I think I know what's wrong. Can you provide the item number, bid amount? Also the browser? We can try it here.
Your login cookie isn't registering for some reason. I bet that if you try another browser it will work.
