Hello. I just 'won' this snipe, but didn't meet reserve. I noticed that bidslammer treated that as a snipe win, and deducted from the wins that I had bought.
I don't think this is fair, since I don't know what the reserve price is and therefore have no control over being underneath of it and wasting my snipe. When I purchased a package, I did not see anything mentioning that bid snipes could be lost that way. I thought it was only when you win the item. Could I be credited back this snipe or else refunded for the snipe wins I purchased and have them removed?
