I have purchased a 1 month service so that I could check you out to see if I want to purchase a full year. It was my understanding that by purchasing this service I would be able to drop my snipe times to as low as 3 seconds and get notified quickly if outbid. When I try to change these settings it won't allow me to. What gives? Thanks, Curtis

Thank you for your email about using the lower lead times. We credited your subscription and set the delay time on your existing snipes to three (3) seconds. We also extended it an extra week for the inconvenience.
