I recently upgraded my account but am unable to change my snipe lead time to 3 secs.
Please can this be corrected on the above item as it is ending today.

Hello Tom,
After you log in, are you able to see the 5 snipes you purchased in the upper right corner? You definitely should be able to see the 3-second snipe option.
