snipe set bid not made

287560 4 0

What was the problem this time???

Too many times I have lost out on items because of problems with bidslammer!!!

While I'm complaining about this problem, please explain why a different problem occurred with a prior successful bid. The ebay item number was as follows:

152173537088

My successful bid overbid by $1001.00 the next highest bid of $3999.00!!! The bid increments were only $100.00!!!

Your software problems are causing me a lot of money and disappointment!!!

Why can't you compensate me for my losses???

Why can't I get my money back???

Hello Ron,

We are not having any problems with our software. Please visit your Completed Snipes tab to see the problem - we do not have a valid eBay password for you. You changed it but did not update it at our site.

We also emailed you a reminder to this effect.

Please update it in your Preferences: https://bidslammer.com/user/prefs/

This was the problem the last time as well.

Your comments are incorrect.

I updated my password because I got a message saying my password was updated successfully! Am I not supposed to believe your automated responses?

Moreover, the previous problem with the gigantic overbid on the Cadillac would not have occurred if my password had not been updated. In fact, no bid would have been made! Further, how does a problem with the password explain an overbid of $1001 when the bid increment was only $100.00?

Hello Ron,

I checked to see what we encountered when we placed your snipes. First, I reviewed your Completed Snipes tab to see if the snipes were placed. I do see bid placement times recorded on your Completed Snipes tab, so we know that the bids were at least placed ok.

For each snipe, we stored a copy of the result page we got back from eBay. Both snipes returned an invalid password page.

That's all the information we have. If the credentials were correct, we take you at your word -- but they were not accepted.
