eBay item #321837809096 I had placed a bid through Bidslammer and it was the highest bid. Bid slammer recorded my snipe as the winning bid saying I won, but I have no indication from eBay that this is the case. What happened?

We checked to see what we encountered when we placed your snipe. We did place the snipe as I see the recorded times on the Completed tab. You just need to go to eBay and make a new, more secure password. eBay is stricter on passwords that do not originate from our site, and so for us to guarantee all bid placements and to eliminate any other uncertainties, we ask that you go to eBay and change your password, and then update it in your BidSlammer Preferences.

If, after that, you still have an issue, please let us know ASAP and we'll jump on it. We can retrieve the result pages for each snipe and this will tell us whatever reason the bid is not being accepted.

Hello Burt,

When is the last time you changed your eBay password? On the result page we received from eBay it is throwing up the security questions dialog. On your Completed Snipes tab, there are snipe times listed when you hover your mouse over the status message.
