8 days ago a snipe was never sent on an ebay item. I've check all your possible reasons why this may of happened but have concluded your system failed. I'd love to be proven wrong. The last bid was about three hours before closing; My final bid of $41 was $19 higher then the sold price, well above bid increments; I just won an auction from this buyer yesterday on my own; and it sold for $22. What happened? Before I go for a paid account things are not looking good. 4 out of my first 5 snipes worked. Not good odds.

Thank you for your question about your snipe. Every time a user reports a "missed snipe" it is almost always one of the reasons on the list. Unfortunately, this snipe was over 7 days ago and we only keep logs for 7 days for free snipes.
Please keep in mind that our service is to place bids, and we do that. Determining the reason you didn't win is something we try to do but we cannot always determine this as it requires personal information about your account that we do not have on our possession.
