I subscribed to BidSlammer and dropped another snipe service. BidSlammer indicates that it is linked to eBay and the items that I am bidding on. HOWEVER, when I click on the Snipe icon in eBay for each item, it shows that it is still linked to the prior service and not BidSlammer. How can this be updated?

Thank you for your question about the snipe button that appears on the eBay item page. That button is part of the browser extension that you installed as a part of your old service, so you just need to disable that extension.
We have our own "Slam-It Toolbar" that you can drag to your toolbar. It is located at the bottom left of your dashboard.
Do you have a moment to tell us why you left your old service? We know which service it was because we recognize the browser extension.
