Hello the item has sold for less than my snipe amount I haven't won the item and the snipe hasn't activated and is still live even though the sale has ended

Thank you for your question about why you did not win this item. When we placed your snipe, eBay rejected it because your bid did not meet the minimum bid increment.
eBay adds what is called a "minimum bid increment" to the current price. They do this to honor the traditional nature of auctions, which is for the auctioneer to raise the price after each bid.
