I wanted to ask why my a snipe that I place yesterday (possibly the day before yesterday) did not go through. The auction ended at 12:27pm CST. Of course, I am super disappointed, I want to be able to feel that a snipe with BidSlammer will be dependable.

Thank you for your question about an item that you did not win. We investigated to see what we encountered when we placed your bids. We placed the same snipes from two locations and each returned the same result.
Unfortunately, there are some circumstances we can't catch until we place the bid. Sellers can set fairly strict preferences in regard to which buyers from whom they will accept bids. Many of them are are considered private and not disclosed to us. We can rule out many of those for your account, but we have no way to know for certain.
