I sent mail to you but I have not received any assistance so far. BidSlammer was working fine for me but It failed my last 3 Snipes which cost me a lot. I request assistance to solve this issue or I am going to have to cancel my subscription.

We researched what occurred when we placed your snipe. It appears that eBay is prompting you to update your credit card with them (not with us - we don't need it). If you log into eBay and fix that, we can bid for you.
